CONGRATULATIONS TO LAWSON’S FINEST LIQUIDS!
2011 PEOPLE’S CHOICE AWARD WINNER!
Sean & Karen Lawson convinced Brattleboro Brewfest attendees that they truly do have the finest liquids with 437 tickets collected for the afternoon.
Here are their selections served at the Brewfest along with Sean’s description of each just in case you’d like to check them out for yourself and see what all the fuss is about!
Double Sunshine IPA
8.0% ABV – 90 IBU
Festival special edition: Cask-conditioned! A bright herbal aromas jump from the glass and juicy tropical fruit flavors wash over your taste buds thanks to the abundance of American hops used in this Double India Pale Ale.
VBA
5.0% ABV – 65 IBU
Our Vermont Black Ale is brewed with 20% rye malt, specialty dark grains, Munich malt, and a healthy dose of Simoce, Centennial, and Amarillo hops

It was a great festival and the Brewfest Committee would like to extend our gratitude to everyone who played a part, great or small, in making it happen. The food was delicious, the music was more than entertaining and the refreshment selections could not have been any better! What a great group of brewers!
