Trapp Helles Lager

4.8% ABV 14 IBU

Helles is a brilliantly clear golden lager that drinks crisp and finishes clean.  A delicate malt body is balanced with just a touch of hop finish.  Easy drinking, high quality, fresh, and local.

Trapp Vienna Lager

5.0% ABV 18 IBU

Vienna is a style that has all but disappeared in America and much of the world.  Vienna is an amber lager that also drinks crisp and finishes clean but has just a touch more body and malt sweetness.  In true form, Vienna lager is lightly hopped with just enough hop flavor to round out the malt.

Trapp Bourbon Barrel Bock Lager

6.8% ABV 20 IBU

This bock was brewed as an UR bock, which is a bit lighter in flavor than many of the rich bock beers many commonly think of.   After tasting the bock in our cellar we figured we should give it a twist. We aged this bock in Kentucky bourbon barrels and then blended it to round the flavors.  With only 190 gallons produced, this beer may never be recreated or duplicated.

Brooklyn Brewery

Brooklyn Lager

5.2% ABV

A Lager in the “Vienna” style displaying a firm malt center supported by a fine bitterness and floral hop aroma.  Caramel malts show in the finish.  The aromatic qualities of the beer are enhanced by dry-hopping.  Made with American Two-row Malts, Hallertauer Mittelfueh Hops, Vanguard Hops and Cascade Hops.

Brooklyn Sorachi Ace

6.5% ABV

Brooklyn Sorachi Ace is a classic saison, a cracklingly dry, hoppy unfiltered golden farmhouse ale, but made entirely with now-rare Sorachi Ace hops grown by a single farm in Oregon.  We ferment it with our special Belgian ale strain, and then add more Sorachi Ace hops post-fermentation.  After dry-hopping the beer emerges with a bright spicy lemon zest aroma backed by a wonderfully clean malt flavor.

8.2% ABV

The first in Brooklyn’s line of Brewmaster’s Special Reserve beers.   BLAST is a celebration of hops including Ahtanum, Cascade, Willamette, Palisade, East Kent Golding, Northdown, Challenger and Fuggle.  Scottish Maris Otter and German Pilsner malts bring solidity, balance and beautiful flavors to round out this beer.

Our lightest, most casual cider, pale gold and bubbly, with a stroke of sweetness along with the tart, bitter, and fruity elements that good cider offers. Citrus, pineapple, bittersweet apple, and a trace of the barn. Farmhouse astringency is nowhere near the extreme, but shows a certain tannic edge.
