No Brewers Festival would be complete without great music!
Our Brattleboro Brewers Festival is no exception – we have 2 great bands lined up with full sets of great tunes.
1p – 3p : Peter Miles Band
The Peter MILES BAND” is – drummer/singer Sean Mcloughlin, Bassist/singer Tim Thrasher, and Miles himself on guitar and vocals. The addition of keyboards, guitar and/or sax are included when the situation allows. We play a great mix of vocal-heavy classic funk and rock songs from artists like Van Morrison, the Neville Brothers, Stevie Wonder, Eric Clapton, Tom Petty and many more.
3p – 5p : Terrapin Island
“Rubberband” was the original name of this band that started in 2000 with Rich and Derek, the longest-standing members. Then the group was called “The Conductors”, and for a short stint “Mushroom Macrame”. Now in its current incarnation we are “Terrapin Island”. David stepped in to add his amazing rhythm guitar and vocals in 2004. Robbie joined us at the end of 2007 with his Jerryesque guitar leads. Mike is our most recent member taking command of the Phil-Zone in Sept. of 2009. He’s currently also in the band High Peaks in Albany, NY. Check them out sometime! Brattleboro, VT is our home base where we play the majority of our shows. We have performed around New England for the last 2 years. We all work really well together and have a lot of fun doing what we do. Come out and check us out sometime!
