Volunteer at the Event
WE NEED VOLUNTEERS TO MAKE THIS EVENT A SUCCESS!
Contact Mike Mandrachia (mike@therichardsgrp.com) regarding volunteering for our 2012 event.
The day will be split into 2 shifts for our volunteers.
- Shift 1 will be from 12 pm – 3:00 pm.
- Shift 2 will be from 3:00 pm – 6:00 pm.
All volunteers will need to attend a short (15 minute) training session with the department of liquor control at the festival site. The first shift volunteers will attend the 11:30 a.m. training session and the 2nd shift volunteers will attend the 2:30 p.m. training session on the day of the event.
Volunteers will receive:
- Shift 1 Volunteers will receive free admission to the festival after their shift (from 3:00 pm – 5pm).
- Shift 2 Volunteers are invited to a private – after event tasting (from 6:00 pm – 7:00 pm).
- All Volunteers will receive access to the Brewfest’s Tap Tour on both Friday and Saturday nights.
- All Volunteers will receive a commemorative tasting glass.
- All Volunteers will receive a Festival Volunteer T-Shirt.
Volunteers should note:
You may not consume alcohol while working at the event, or prior to your shift. Also the Festival Volunteer T-Shirt may not be worn while consuming alcohol.
